Can audio recordings be legally made of recruiting interviews?

The recruiting institution must tell the data subject about the audio recording to be made, and obtain their consent before the recording. If anyone objects, then recording must not be made of the interview with the objecting person. Besides, given the consent of the data subject, the audio data obtained from the recording must be deleted when the whole recruiting procedures are over.
