AReply

What is concerned here is by nature a natural person's handling of personal data concerning private or family activities. Such data is beyond the scope of applicability of the Personal Data Protection Act. However, the behaviour in question may nonetheless be subject to the provisions of other laws such as the Civil Code and the Penal Code, as it may involve intruding on other's privacy and may thus constitute crime.
